Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), Western Regional Contracting Office, Lacey WA, intends to award a firm fixed price contract with Novadaq Technologies in the amount of $70,000.00 for a 14 month lease of the Spy Elite Intraoperative Perfusion Assessment System that will be used in multiple patient surgeries to assess patient blood flow located at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Department of Surgery, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) WA. Prior to surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs/requirements. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
