The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 6 Hampton, VA, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source task order with Pitney Bowes off their GSA Contract GS-25F-0010M. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a limited source basis with Pitney Bowes for the lease of Mail Room/Logistics Equipment System, located at the Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 and five Community Based Outreach Clinics. This agreement will be for one base year and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available.
