T--SYNOPSIS TO EXERCISE OPTION FOR DIGITAL MULTIFUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS

NASAs Goddard Space Flight Center anticipates extending the existing Delivery Order, NNG11VB01D, with Xerox, for an additional 7 months. The current option expires September 30, 2013. The period of performance for the extension is October 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014. This extension will provide continuity of service. The extension will be executed as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
