Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award, base + 4 option years, for monthly Comcast Cable TV programming services at the Crescent House, Lowell, MA with Comcast. Comcast is the cable television provider at the Crescent House and all infrastructures currently in place require a Comcast monthly television service contract. There are no other vendors that can provide these monthly cable television services. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-106-1(b).
