Enterprise Managed Print Services (EMPS)

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Enterprise Managed Print Services (EMPS) for the Joint Service Provider (JSP). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a hybrid contract consisting of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Time and Materials (T&M) contract line items (CLINs). The period of performance will be for a twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 "Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance." The small business size standard is $27.5M. A draft of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (HQ0034-18-R-0143) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for your review. The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to give vendors a chance to review the requirement and submit any questions if needed. Questions are due by 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, 06 July 2018.
