65 -- Sole-Source Acquisition

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order with GE Medical Systems for the Turn Key Radiology Department renovation, removal of old x-ray system and installation of new x-ray system for the Carl T. Curtis Hospital, Macy, Nebraska. The original diagnostic x-ray system is a GE Medical System which included installation and room renovations. Due to copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, technical data, secret processes and other proprietary data, the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Services proposes a follow-on procurement to GE Medical Systems.
