Intent to Sole Source Detention

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) San Diego intends to issue a sole source contract to the Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego for the period of date of award through Septemer 22, 2017. DESCRIPTION of WORK: The CBP OFO San Diego Field Office has a requirement in fulfillment of their mission, to detain illegal aliens awaiting deportatino proceedings in the San Diego County area in a county or state facility approved by the US Marshal Service, for the period of date of award through September 22, 2017. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. No formal solicitation package is available.
