Notice of Intent to Award: Renewal of Computer Online Access Services Supporting NCIS San Diego Field Office

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to San Diego Association of Governments 401 B Suite 800, San Diego, CA 92101 in support of Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). The proposed contract action is to provide current and in-depth info on crime cases, arrests, field interviews, traffic accidents, fraudulent documents, stolen property and citations. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
