Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Maint. Srvc for Govt Owned Surgical Tools and Equip

The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch, Fort Cavazos, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Stryker Sales, LLC under authority of 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source, (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain items. For on-site maintenance services for Government-owned surgical tools and equipment. The applicable NAIC for this requirement is 811210 with a size standard of $34.0M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch intends to make a sole source award to Stryker Sales, LLC, 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI 49002-9711.
