INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Corporate Kids Events, Inc 18414 Alexandra Way, Suite 101 A Grass Valley, CA 95949 The contractor is to provide all day activities on site for children for the Yellow Ribbon Event scheduled for 15-17 October 8:00 am - 3:30 pm , 2010 in Destin, Fl. in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 9/21/2010 at 12:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no response are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort subject to the availabilty of funds.
