The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, urgent and compelling purchase order to Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, NC. The Federal Correctional Complex has a need for healthcare services that Duke University Medical Center can provide that can not be provided under the current comprehensive medical contract. This is not a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received within 5 working days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
