J -- Results of Streamlined A-76 Cost Comparison for Mechancial Maintenance at the USBS Wellesley Island, SSA Trust Fund Building, Watertown, NY and the US Customhouse, Ogdensbug, NY

On May 20, 2005 the Upstate New York Service Center, Northeast and Caribbean Region (Region 2), the General Services Administration Public Building Service (PBS) publicized its intent to conduct a Streamlined Competition for the Mechanical Maintenance Services Commercial Activity performed at the United States Border Station Wellesley Island (Alexandria Bay), the Social Security Trust Fund Building, Watertown , NY and the US Customhouse Ogdensburg, NY. The authority and procedures for the competition are found in the revised OMB Circular A-76 This is the announcement of the performance decisions made as a result of the competition. Performance of the above stated function performed by 2 FTE will remain in-house. The competition was certified by the Competitive Sourcing Official, the Agency Tender Official and the Contracting Officer. No party may contest this determination based on the May 29, 2003 OMB Circular A-76. GSAPBS2005017
