THE NOTICE IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 3,2005. The Albuquerque Indian Health Service, Division of Contracts and Grants Management will be negotiating with Kayano Design/Write Inc., 12530 Hunter Rd. SW, Rochester, WA 98579 with the intent of awarding a fixed price contract for a base year with three, one-year options for renewal. Services under the proposed contract are for graphic design, development and production of communication material in various multi-media formats for the Indian Health Service Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (IHS-DDTP).
