67 -- CUSTOM MMA PHOTOGRAPHY

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award on a sole source basis under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures with OnRequest Images,Inc., 1415 Western Avenue, Suite 300, Seattle, Washington 98101 a purchase order to provide to CMS an indefinite quantity of custom stock photography shot to CMS' specifications for style, setting, lighting, models or based on sketches or other images developed by CMS. CMS rights should include unlimited insertions, usage and circulation within the Unites States. OnRequest Images offers a unique product that allows CMS to combine the quality and control of assignment photography with prices below those of stock image providers and meet our requirements for quick turnaround of requests. If there are no affirmative written reponses received within (45) days from the published date of this notice, a purchase order shall be awarded. In addition, all interested contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration System (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
