Notice of Intent: The VAHMCS at 10 N Greene St. in Baltimore, MD 21201, VISN 5, and IAW FAR 5.207 has a Firm Fixed Price requirement that will be in accordance with Public Law 109's selection criteria , for Payroll Services for the IT/TWE Program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. NAICS Code 541214 applies and the Size Standard is 8.5 million. The Period of Performance will be for 1 Base YR and 4 Option Yrs estimated from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
