Solicitation of Vendors to Exhibit Healthcare Products and/or Sponsor Conference items at the XXXV International Congress on Military Medicine 12-17 September 2004 and will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel located at 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202, USA. The 2004 Congress will include an Exhibit Hall to be open three days from 13-15 September 2004. The US Department of Defense (DoD) and ICMM are seeking up to 50 exhibitors and sponsors to exhibit products and/or services. Such products or services should be related to the educational training sessions which will explore various topics such as military humanitarian assistance, infectious diseases, new concepts and technologies in military medicine, medical preparedness and crisis response, public health and preventive medicine, general military health and organization of medical services. Additional information regarding the nature of exhibits sought will be provided in the exhibitor prospectus. Exhibit space will consist of 8ft. x 10ft. booths with pipe and drape, one 6ft. skirted table and two chairs. The exhibit booth cost is $3,100.
