Q -- Solicitation of Vendors to Exhibit Healthcare Products and/or Services at the TRICARE Conference, January 24-27, 2005

The Department of Defense (DoD), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) (OASD(HA), the Executive Director, TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), and the Surgeons General of the Military Departments are seeking vendors to exhibit healthcare products and/or services at the annual TRICARE Conference. PURPOSE: The TRICARE Conference provides a forum for Military Health System leaders and decision makers to discuss innovations in healthcare delivery, policy updates and provisions for the administration of the TRICARE Program. The emphasis is on medical readiness; clinical operations; pharmacy trends; fiscal policy; data quality; E-business practices and communications; clinical management and administrative aspects of healthcare. The particular focus for 2005 is on healthy lifestyles, fitness and mental health. Products or services must be applicable to management and/or delivery of healthcare within the DoD managed care environment. WHEN: Conference: January 24 through 27, 2005; Exhibits: January 24 through 26, 2005 (booth set-up begins January 23rd; tear-down is January 26th) WHERE: Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, DC 20008. WHAT: 8 x 10 ft. booth, details regarding exhibits will be provided in the Exhibitor Prospectus. COST: Standard booth $2,500, Premium booth $2,800. SELECTION: The OASD(HA) and the TMA will make exhibitor selections based on applicability to the conference focus and topical areas, as well as the order of receipt of completed applications.
