Navy Motion Picture Service - Requirement for the Licensing of Motion Pictures

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center - Philadelphia Office, intends to solicit and negotiate on an unrestricted basis, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contracts for the licensing of motion pictures with the parties holding copyrights to such films in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items). The purpose of the resultant contract is to allow the Navy Motion Picture Service to acquire public exhibition rights to motion picture entertainment for use within the military framework. Formats to be provided will include 35mm film and other media, as mutually agreed upon, within each task order of the resultant contract. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period of performance of twelve months (commencing 1 October 2011) plus one (1) twelve month option period.
