The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition. Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to FOOD SERVICE OF AMERICA for food services for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD Annual Training at FT LEWIS WA. during the month of NOVEMBER 2011. FOOD SERVICE OF AMERICA is the only food service company that is providing this service. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because FOOD SERVICE OF AMERICA is the only authorized company working directly with the WAARNG.
