This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to SAFER SERVICES to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide 2 each NEMRB001 Messenger Readerboards with Direct Connection Option for Optec, 1 each Guardian Workstation (Control for Signs and Control Notifier), and 2 each Advisor Alert Radios for the Safer Services' CentrAlert Network System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423690. The size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. This item will be provided to F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
