.XRY/XACT Bundled Software

This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) solicited bids from vendors and the lowest quote was accepted. The intended order will be for .XRY/XACT Bundled Software. The total price proposed and accepted is $35,450. DEA will award the order to TEEL Technologies.
