Special Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 intends to award a sole source purchase order to L1 Enterprises LLC, the authorized SDVOSB service provider for Karl Storz Inc. for leasing Urology Video Scopes with associated peripherals for the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System, 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen, Texas 78550. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2) Justifications and approvals are required for sole-source including brand name and 48 CFR19.1406 Sole source award to SDVOSB concerns. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider for leasing of Urology Video Scopes with associated peripherals that meet our customers requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide leasing of Karl Storz Urology Flexible Video Scopes with associated peripherals may give written notice to [email protected] by 11:00 am EST. on Sept 6, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
