Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract—Department of Labor Furniture Procurement

The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Business Operations Center (BOC) Office of Administrative Services (OAS) Division of Facilities, intends to negotiate and award a Brand Name, Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for chairs to MOI, Inc., 2923 Lord Baltimore Drive, Baltimore, MD 21244-2634, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b), Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer. Delivery of the chairs shall be made to the DOL Frances Perkins Building in Washington, DC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337127 with the Size Standard of 500 Employees.
