Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Draeger Medical, INC., 3135 Quarry Road, Telford PA. This purchase is for the following items: Kappa XLT Anesthesia, Delta XLf, Gateway Software & Vital Signs Interface, Total Infinity Central Station to include all PODS, Delta and Patient System Accessories, to include Installations and Project Management. The interface requirements that are consistent with current existing products in the Clinical and Research areas. These Systems are based on existing service maintenance contract agreements.
