The Fleet Logistic Center, Groton, CT office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gerber Scientific, Inc. to procure hardware and software upgrades for the DCS-2600 Cutter at NCTRF, Natick, MA. This purchase will be done under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2017. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
