Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times 4. Please complete information in all “Fill-in” provisions and clauses, especially: a. FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable) b. FAR 52.225-18 5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.
