Recovery--Purchase and Install Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilets in the Malheur National Forest John Day, OR

It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contract AG-82X9-B-08-0010 issued under GSA Contract No. GS-07F-602N for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of 2 (Single Unit) Cascadian Toilet Buildings at Snow Mountain Lookout on the Malheur National Forest. This Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supply (8.401 & FAR 8.405-3), Multiply Award Schedule Program. These new facilities represent the Forest Service's high priority with regards to public safety and health, environmental issues, and accommodations for people with disabilities. All project locations are within the Malheur National Forest, Grant and Harney county, Oregon.
