Recovery--Purchase & Replace and Install Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilets in the Olympic National Forest, WA

It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contract AG-82X9-B-08-0010 issued under GSA Contract No. GS-07F-602N for the fabrication, delivery and installation of 4 (single-unit) Cascadian Vault Toilet Buildings, and the removal of 2 existing Romtec type buildings in the Olympic National Forest. This Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supply (8.401 & FAR 8.405-3), Multiple award Schedule Program. The new pre-fabricated units will replace old facilities currently in place . These new facilities represent the Forest Service's high priority with regards to public safety and health, environmental issues, and accommodations for people with disabilities. All project locations are within the Olympic National Forest, Pacific and Hood Canal Ranger Districts, Washington.
