The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to 38 USC 8127(c) and Public-Law 109-461. Contractor shall provide all design services, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for site preparation, procurement and installation of approximately 2,200 preplaced crypts, and roadway installation at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne MA.
