U.S. Government seeks approximately 2,050 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of commercial office space in Ashland, Wisconsin for the U.S. Department of the Interior. The space must be available for occupancy by early summer 2014. The lease term will be for a 10 year term, with a 5 year firm term, and the Government shall have the right to terminate the lease effective on or after May 31, 2020 upon a 180 day written notice to the lessor. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement in the development of a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location.
