This may include but is not limited to factors such as surveillance, operational security (OPSEC), surrounding area, agency requirements and restrictions etc. Results of this assessment may eliminate buildings from consideration. - The facility must be fully sprinklered. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
