89--Full Line Food Distribution for the Massachusetts Army National Guard

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice to identify potential vendors and the availability and capability of both large and small businesses to provide subsistence items to the Massachusetts Army National Guard. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, and packaging unprepared subsistence items to multiple units across the state of Massachusetts. The selected vendor shall be required to supply and deliver subsistence and have favorable past performance and be capable of conforming to the needs of the Massachusetts National Guard. If awarded, the Blanket Purchase Agreement will be for one base period of twelve (12) months from date of award , with four (4) one-year options. The BPA base year will have a performance period of 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014. To be eligible and considered for this opportunity to provide these services to the Government, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov.
