Technical Qualifications: 1. The psychometric instrument shall demonstrate research-based success. 2. The psychometric instrument shall is appropriate for students in the elementary grades (Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade) and/or ages (6 - 12 years). 3. The psychometric instrument shall be highly interactive and include manipulative parts (e.g. human, animal, and/or abstract figurines). 4. The psychometric instrument shall provide additional guidance, training, support for the correct use of the materials. 5. The psychometric instrument's teacher/educator kits shall contain a manual which includes the following: clear descriptions and instructions for proper usage of the materials, lesson plans for incorporating the materials into classroom activities, and contact information for questions and technical support.
