The Land Between The Lakes NRA unit of the USDA Forest Service located at 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211 intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to E. T. Techtonics, 213 Monroe Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147-3308 for the purchase of two fiberglass trail bridges. The NAICS code is 327999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 001 One fiberglass trail bridge with sides and decking (70 feet x 6 feet) CLIN 002 One fiberglass trail bridge with sides and decking (55 feet x 6 feet) Bridges must be delivered to the office address mentioned above. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. They must respond directly to Glen S.
