This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of service. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. NOMENCLATURE QTY UNIT CLIN 0001: 240 EA Provide 5 Gallon Bottled Purified Water Provide 5 gallon bottles of Purified water to the specified locations, only replacing empty bottles, not to exceed the stated maximum quantities IAW the PWS. CLIN 0002: 1,908 EA LEMC -Provide 5 Gallon Bottled purified Water Provide 5 gallon bottles of Purified water to BUILDING 3315, only replacing empty bottles, not to exceed the stated maximum quantities IAW the PWS. CLIN 0003: 200 EA Emergency-Provide 5 Gallon Bottled purified Water Provide 5 gallon bottles of purified water on emergency basis, only replacing empty bottles, not to exceed the stated maximum quantities IAW the PWS. CLIN 0004: 10 EA Dispencers Provide new water cooler to specified location IAW the PWS. CLIN 0005: 20 EA Distilled water Provide 1 case (6 - 1 gallon containers) of distilled water to specified location IAW the PWS. Requirement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 312112. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply.
