Q -- Obstetric/Gynocological (OB/GYN) Licensed Practical Nurse

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide 1 Obstetric/Gynocological (OB/GYN) Licensed Practical Nurse required for Government beneficiaries at Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. Contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the performance work statement (PWS) and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO). The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a base year and four one-year options. Base Year Period of Performance will be from 1 Oct 05 through 30 Sept 06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399. This action is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside.
