The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Advanced Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT) services for the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EODGRU TWO) using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611620. The size standard is $7.0 million. EODGRU TWO requires a contractor to provide Advanced PPT training services by providing parachute rigging services Military Canopy Course Instruction for no more than 30 students. This requirement will contain a period of performance of 27 July 2014 – 09 August 2014.
