S--Janitorial Services at the Framingham CBOC

The Boston Healthcare System has a requirement for a contractor to provide Janitorial services. All work shall be performed at the Framingham Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 61 Lincoln Street, Framingham, MA. The Contractor must be capable to provide all labor, equipment, materials; to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, permits and licenses to perform the services. The Boston Healthcare System is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price contract with a performance period to include a Base Year from 07/01/12017 06/30/2018 with (4) Four One Year Option Periods. The NAICS Code is 561720 and the size standard is $18.0 Million. Award will be based on price. Evaluation factors are past performance and price. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and will be available on or about May 12, 2017.
