General Services Administration, Public Building Services, Northwest Arctic Region 10, Property Development Division, Facilities Operations Support Team has a requirement for Janitorial and Related Services and Operations and Maintenance Services at the U.S. Border Station, Skagway, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of services. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, firm fixed price, performance-based contract, which consists of a three-year base with a potential 2-year option period. The start date is January 1, 2008. The solicitation will be available on or about August 1, 2007. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov).
