General Services Administration seeks to rent 6,000 to 7,000 sq. ft. of warehouse / office space located in the Seattle City limits within 15 minutes north/south of the downtown core. The space would include 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. of office/conference space and approx. 300 sq. ft. for an equipment room. The warehouse space must include a bay door at least 12 feet in height and the ability to accommodate a trailer approx. 50 feet in length. The entire space must be accessible 24/7 and have separately controlled HVAC.
