V -- Packing & Crating Personal Property, Schedule III (Intra-City and Intra-Area moves)

Provide packing, crating, and local drayage service in the vicinity of Wichita Falls, TX, Schedule III – Intra-City and Intra-Area moves. Complete service shall include a premove survey, servicing of appliances, packaging and packing at owner’s residence to protect household goods properly during transit, tagging of items, inventorying, loading, weighing, drayage, unloading, unpacking, and placing of each article in owner’s new residence as directed by owner or owner’s designated representative and removal of all empty containers and materials from residence. The performance period will be 1 May 2005 to 31 December 2005 with four-one year options. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 488991. The small business size standard is $21.5 million. Anticipated issue date of solicitation and historical data will be on/about 3 March 2005 with receipt of proposals tentatively on or about 18 March 2005. This will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizops) website at www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
