Fresh Fruit and Vegetables for Non-DoD customers in NW OH and Lower Peninsula MI

The solicitation number is SPM300-11-R-0007. It replaces SPM-300-11-R-0007 DLA TROOP SUPPORT intends to solicit for a full-line produce support for various Non-DoD facilities located in Northwestern Ohio and Lower Peninsula of Michigan. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition. The total length of the contract will be four and a half (4.5) years. It contains one (18month) base period and two (18 month) option periods. Its estimated total maximum dollar amount is $18,900,000.00 including options. DLA TROOP SUPPORT intends to make one (1) award per zone. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables throughout the term of the contract. A more detailed listing of the delivery sites can be found in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA TROOP SUPPORT. Anticipated solicitation issue date: December 1,2010. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 15.101-2 Low Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA). The resultant award will be for an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 10% and a maximum of 200% of the actual award value.
