W--Commercial Refrigeration Trailer Lease

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to lease commercial Refrigeration Trailers. Please provide product descriptive literature/information or a website for any quoted equipment. Quotes are to be FOB Destination. Include Delivery & Pick up costs in the price of the item or items you are quoting. If you fail to include the shipping cost in the item cost your quote may be determined nonresponsive. Quotes will be evaluated using price and technical factors. Technical factors are just as important as price factors. Each CLIN will be individually evaluated. The quote(s) provided meeting the Government's best interest will be selected. This is NOT an all or none solicitation meaning a single or multiple award(s) may be made as what is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Based on quotes and funding available some quantities may be reduced or some equipment may not be awarded. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Applicable NAICS is 484121.
