AMENDMENT NO. 1 to REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP) RLP No. 4TX1108 USDA FSA & NRCS Pearsall, TX January 27, 2026 Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) number 4TX1108 is hereby modified to include a critical agency requirement: trailer pull-through parking. Specifically, offerors must now include at least one (1) designated parking space measuring 10' x 14' suitable for trailer pull-through. All proposals submitted in response to RLP 4TX1108 will be evaluated based on this revised agency requirement. Furthermore, this amendment updates the General Clauses from document 3517A to 3517B, and the Solicitation Provisions from document 3516A to 3516, as required by Leasing Alert LA-26-01.
