This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-66 and DFARS Changes Notice 20130228. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price purchase order to AML Oceanographic LTD., 2071 Malaview Ave, Sidney, BC V8L5X6. The requirement is for: refurbishment, calibration, and upgrade of Smart Sound Velocity and Temperature Probes, Sound Velocity Xchange Sensors, and Temperature Xchange Sensors as detailed in the Statement of Work. AML Oceanographic LTD. is the manufacturer of the specified supplies and hold proprietary rights to the components. The components are not available from a third party. This requirement will have approximately 20 SMART SV&T Probes calibrations/repairs for period ending 30 April, 2014. Option One will be for the calibration/repair of approximately 6 SMART SV&T Probes, approximately 12 SV-Xchange Sensors, and approximately 12 T-Xchange Sensors for period ending 30 April, 2015, Option Two will be for the calibration/repair of approximately 12 SV-Xchange Sensors and approximately 12 T-Xchange Sensors for period ending 30 April, 2016. The Contacting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor for Option One and Option Two within 30 days of the Option. The Government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation.
