The 377 CONS/LGCB, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to procure as a small business set-aside (FAR 52.219-6) by brand name or equal. There are two line items which are posted at the following address http://www.eps.gov. The items are CLIN 1: One (1) full size tower with manual polarization made of non-conductive materials (not steel; not aluminum) with motorized vertical control enclosed in shielded structure. Vertical scan height greater than 5 meters. Wind load factor minimum of 10mph. Must be able to be assembled in the field. Controller unit must have the ability to network with Windows 9x or higher. Gross tower weight not to exceed 250 lbs. Positioning maximum antenna load of 25 lbs. Must run on regular 110v/60Hz single-phase electricity. Segmented tower reduce assembly when smaller sizes are needed. CLIN 2: One (1) tower controller with fiber optic controls (all controls fiber optic). Reference FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Equal items shall provide technical specification for evaluation. Packaging is standard commercial packaging. SIC Code 3825, NAICS Code 334515,Size Standard is 500 employees. Delivery date is unknown at this time. Delivery to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico no later than 30 days after award. FOB: Destination.
