Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number FA4528-17-T-4003 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-93. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 with a size standard not to exceed 750 employees. (v) CLIN 0001 - 1000KW Trailer Mounted Load Bank at 240 & 480V 3PH. Operational at any voltage up to 480VAC - 1PH & 3PH. Digital Load Control - 5KW Resolution at 480V (1 each). CLIN 0002 - Cable Reels, Set of Three (1 each). CLIN 0003 - 50' Camlock Power Cables, Type W (10 each). CLIN 0004 - 25' Camlock Power Cables, Type W (10 each). CLIN 0005 - 6' Female Power Cable Pigtails, Type W (10 each). See attached Request for Quotation. (vi) Contractor must submit product literature on proposed items for the purpose of evaluation. (vii) Place of delivery is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB destination. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
