The symposium is being provided at the request of AC leadership to form a better working relationship through outreach with the transport community. The event will host up to 300 in-person attendees and up to 500 virtual attendees each day of the event. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all the audio and visual equipment required to host the event over the course of three days. The contractor will be responsible for set up, strike/tear down of all equipment and provide assistance during the event as needed. Equipment and Service.
