REQUIREMENT TITLE: Vertical Lift Module for Munitions Solicitation Number: F2DCCR9086A001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F2DCCR9086A001 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hill AFB, Utah. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached purchase description and purchase description appendix A, contract award guidelines, & contract clauses. This requirement is a 100% total set-aside for small business in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b). The NAICS code for this requirement is 333922 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 (see below). The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: Vertical Lift Module (see attachments for specifications) QTY: 1 UNIT: Ea Delivery and installation on (1) vertical lift module (VLM) for the 649th MUNS, Building 1361, at Hill Air Force Base, (AFB) Utah. The work shall be completed in accordance with the cover purchase description (PD) and Appendix A (attached). Onsite delivery must occur within 90 days of contract award. Contractors shall submit drawings/diagrams of proposed VLM's that demonstrate mandatory specifications stipulated in the Cover Purchase Description and Appenix "A" documents. Performance Period: 90 days after contract award. Delivery Details: FOB point: Destination Delivery and installation will be required 90 days after contract award at Building 1361, Hill Air Force Base, (AFB) Utah.
