28 April 2026: The purpose of this update is to attach the award synopsis. 27 February 2026: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to respond to questions received and incorporate Attachment 7 - Wage Determination to the list of RFP Attachments. The due date remains 6 March 2026 at 06:00 A.M. CT. 25 February 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to 6 March 2026. Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) located in Cape Canaveral, FL. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated throughout this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with “Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service in Mind”. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through CCSFS. Operational tasks and shall include but not limited to “all” stevedoring and longshoring services required to manage vessel, truck loading & discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management (staged, prep, and onward moved), intra port transfers, vessel prep, documentation (tallying & checking), and warehousing/storage of dunnage & tiedown materials.
